Each company nominates an equal number of mentors and mentees — starting from 3 pairs, any function welcome.

Participants complete a short form so we can capture development topics and learning goals.

Mentoring Sessions

Each pair meets for one 60-minute session per month over 3 months — we provide the structure.

No. The program is designed with People teams in mind. Expect about 1 hour of onboarding, then occasional brief check-ins. We handle matching, tracking, and reporting.
No. Each company needs to provide both mentors and mentees to keep the exchange balanced. This is what makes the model work — everyone contributes, everyone benefits.
No. We offer a free onboarding masterclass for both mentors and mentees, covering how to set up a successful mentoring relationship. Motivation and openness matter more than formal training.
We use an AI-assisted matching tool to surface pairing suggestions based on topics, availability, and seniority, then finalise matches manually to ensure quality. Your HR contact can review and approve or request changes.
We actively screen against direct market conflicts — no competitor pairings. All sessions follow clear privacy guidelines, and no sessions are recorded. Everything stays between the mentor-mentee pair.
Small and mid-sized organisations with 50–300 employees, ideally in tech, SaaS, professional services, or agency sectors. You need a dedicated HR/People lead and interest in developing soft skills and leadership fundamentals. We accept 8–10 companies per cohort to ensure high-quality matching.
We deliver a report with participation data, feedback, and recommendations. You can choose to join the next cohort or not — there's no long-term obligation.
